Please note that the Association cannot be held responsible for losses, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information caused by factors not attributable to the Association, including but not limited to:
- When personal information is disclosed on the Internet in a manner accessible by anyone
- When personal information is disclosed on websites other than those of the Association
- When personal information is leaked from a device used by the customer, or leaked due to the use of a password under the customer's control
- When the email address entered in any application form is incorrect (For various applications, we automatically send application details to the registered email address for confirmation. Therefore, even if the email address is incorrect, the application details will be automatically sent to that address.)
- When information entered into the application form remains visible in the browser until the application is completed, and may be viewed by others if leaving the device unattended without closing the browser. (We use a session management technology to avoid re-entering information if a problem occurs with the connection. You can avoid this by closing the browser when you complete an application or cancel midway.)
Security Measures
On web pages where personal information is registered, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, which is the industry standard for maintaining confidentiality, when transmitting data.
